MAKE THE MOST OF ME is a documentary short film I produced and edited, and co-directed with Sarah Watts.

This film was funded by an Arts Council Grant and filmed over an 8-month period with the residents of Acer House Care Home in Weston Super-Mare.  The project comprised a work experience programme for students of the University of the West of England, and we were pleased to work with Doghouse Post Production, BDH and Aqualung band member and composer Dave Price.

MAKE THE MOST OF ME was first screened at a curated showcase event at Bristol Old Vic in August 2016, and the project concluded with a tour of screenings to other care homes throughout Weston Super-Mare and Portishead.  It was screened at the Diverse City Festival, Underwire Festival, London Lift-Off Festival and Docs Without Borders Festival and received a nomination for Best Editor from the Underwire Festival festival programme.
